Q: What Inspired You to Join HKN?
I joined HKN because I enjoy fun service learning activities and thought it would be a great way to engage with the community.
Q: Where is your hometown and favorite place on the island?
My hometown is Kāneʻohe, and my favorite place on the island is at the top of Mount Ka’ala. It’s serene, beautiful, and makes me wonder what the rest of the island looked like before human settlement.
Q: What video game / movie / TV show would you want to live in and why?
The fictional world I would want to live in is Princess Mononoke because I loved the forest spirits and was mesmerized by the movie, but only if I got to be San because otherwise I wouldn’t last more than five seconds!
Q: What would you like to accomplish the most from your “bucket” list?
I have a list of National Parks I’d love to visit!
